UPG and MWC (Miami Workers Center) have joined forces, and this is our first event! MWC members will be the core of UPG Liberty City Chapter.

MWC members have preparing their courtyard & parking area to become Urban Paradise!

NURSERY PROJECTS:
Found the Nursery!
Clear away the last of the debris (leather gloves required)
Lay down Weed Cloth (THANKS UPG Montgomery!)
Hang Shade Cloth (THANKS UPG Montgomery!)
Transplant Seedlings and young trees (THANKS UPG El Portal and UPG Vizcaya Chapters!)
Plant Heirloom Veggie seeds (Thanks @Roger Horne)

SCHEDULE:
8am Staff Orientation
9am Morning Shift Volunteers Arrive; Registration; Work begins.
Noon Clean up. Start BBQ.
1pm Afternoon Shift Volunteers Arrive; Registration; Work begins.
Done Who knows? We're having fun!

BRING / WEAR:
Closed-toed shoes / boots (protect yourself)
Sun hat, glasses, sunblock
Dress for the heat
Water bottle (re-fill-able)
Something for the grill
