HOW TO RSVP & Volunteer
If you don't RSVP (tell us you will participate)...
* We can't prepare properly and
* YOU WILL NOT FIND US. We often work in private areas.
1. Select the date you want to Volunteer.
2. Create an RSVP e-mail:
* To: (enter the e-mail address of the RSVP Person)
* Subject: (enter the Location and Date of the activity)
* Body: Tell us how many are in your group, their ages, and your Cell #.
3. The UPG RSVP person will CONFIRM your RSVP with:
* Their Cell # (we can be hard to find)
* Map (to make it easier to find us)
* Waiver forms
4. Come out on the date and time you promise.
* Please be on time.
* Bring a water bottle (we usually provide refills)
* Use the bathroom BEFORE you arrive. There are none where we work.
* Wear closed-toed shoes and work clothes that can get dirty.
